Historically, since 1994 standing in the construction business in Delhi gave birth to M/s PURVANCHAL CONSTRUCTION WORKS PVT. LTD. The company was formally founded and launched in 1994. Since then the company is actively participating in construction & real estate business in national capital region and soon the company become amongst the leading real estate company of INDIA. The company has a mission in creating value in all its housing complexes and home utilities by anticipating every need of its clients. What has made the difference is the company’s relentless drive to constantly improve its system of quality checks, timely and punctual completion of all its projects as per precise contractual norms. Today, the company is well known for its quality & commitments.
Purvanchal is today clearly identified in the large scale housing construction business and real estate development, by timely delvery of prestigious project like group housing society for the officers of Prime Minister’s Office, NTPC, SCL, RBI, Ministry of Communications, Oriental Insurance, HCL Technologies, Infosys, Wipro, IBM, TCS, ST Microsystems, Supreme Court Bar Association and many other leading Multi National Companies.
Purvanchal Construction Works Pvt. Ltd. is an ISO 9001:2008 certified company meeting its strict global standard in quality and other parameters like comfort, durability, aesthetics, safety and security, and luxury. The year 1994-95 when Purvanchal started, the company had generated a turnover of INR 4 Crore. Now, in 2015-16, the company’s construction turnover is INR 116.42 Crores which shows a consistent and progressive jump. A very healthy and admirable performance in the real estate industry by any standards.

Our achievements are demonstrated by our highly successful projects - some of them are completed while others are under construction or nearing to completion.
As a mark of excellence, our clients have invested more than INR 500 crore in the past decade in housing projects. Most of the development took place in the areas of New Delhi, Noida & Greater Noida through Purvanchal Construction. Since our inception, we have delivered over three thousand five hundred flats in various housing complexes.
