   Extra Charges
1. Floor Premium :

  Fifth, Sixth & Seventh Floor Rs. 50/- Per sft.
2. Club Membership: Rs. 1 Lac.
3. Central Park facing/swimming pool facing: Rs. 50/- per sft.
4. Additional power back up: Rs. 15,000/- per KVA. (optional & subject to availability)
5. Ground Floor Lawn: Rs. 2425/- Per sft.
6. Two covered car parking will be mandatory in case of booking of flat in category A1, A2, P1 & P2. The cost of flat will also increase accordingly.
7. Interest free Maintenance Security: Rs. 40/- Per sft. (Payable at the time of offer of possession
8. Monthly recurring maintenance charges: Rs. 1.75/- per sft of super area and Rs. 0.25/- per sft of G.F. Lawn & terrace area of penthouse per month for each category of flat. Service tax will also be charged as applicable as per Govt. norms. Payable for one year in advance at the time of offer of possession.
9. Service Tax: shall be extra (over & above the agreed cost of flat) & payable with each transaction of payment by the allottee as per applicable Govt. norms.
10. Registration of Sub-Lease Deed of flat: Extra as per applicable Govt. norms.
 
"Possession of flat will be given before 30th June 2013. The Company would pay @ Rs. 5/- per sft per month of super area for any delay attributable to the inability of the company except Force Majeure on the handing over of the flat beyond 31st December 2013. Similarly, the allottee(s) would also pay holding charges @ Rs. 5/- per sft of Super area per month, if the allottee(s) fails to take possession before 31st December 2013".
 
Note : Prices are subject to change without any notice (before confirmation of booking) at the sole discretion of the company and the price ruling on the date of booking and acceptance by the Company shall be applicable.
