- 1994-1995: Achieved the ambitious goal of generating the high sales turnover of INR 4.25 crores in the very first year of operations.
- 1997-1998: Doubled the company's turnover to more than INR 10.67 crores.
- 2001-2002: Again more than doubled the company's turnover from 1997 - 1998 to more than INR 43.83 crores.
- Developed more than 50 state-of-the-art multiplex housing projects in and around Delhi of value more than INR 200 crores.
- Constructed a housing - construction project of nearly INR 50 crores.
- Achieved the ambitious target of a sales turnover target of INR 83.47 crores in the last financial year of operations 2005- 2006.
- Achieved the ambitious target of a sales turnover target of INR 125 crores in the financial year of operations 2006- 2007.
